Order Cancellation Policy

At Iberi Store, we understand that shopping needs can change quickly. To accommodate this, we offer a clear 12-hour grace window for order cancellations and modifications, subject to the logistical terms outlined below.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Window

Orders can be canceled or modified within an absolute cutoff of 12 hours from initial purchase execution, provided the shipment has not yet moved to warehouse sorting or fulfillment processing.

2. Post-Grace Window Constraints

Once the 12-hour window closes, orders enter our automated picking, packing, and courier routing pipeline. At this stage, cancellations or structural modifications are strictly non-guaranteed.

Fulfillment & Customization Rules: Dispatched or shipped consignments cannot be recalled mid-transit. The buyer must wait for package arrival and initiate a standard return. Additionally, customized or personalized fanwear featuring specific player names or unique numbers enters production immediately and operates under permanent Final Sale rules.

3. Approved Cancellation Refund Window

When an inbound cancellation request is officially processed and validated within the 12-hour grace period, a full financial settlement will be issued. Refunds are automatically directed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that localized settlement speeds depend on your card issuer or banking institution.

4. How to File a Cancellation Request

To request an administrative cancellation, please contact our support team as quickly as possible at support@iberistore.com. Please include the following details in your message:

Order Verification

• Order Number: Identifier sequence (e.g., #IBR1024)

• Full Name: The name used during checkout.

Instruction Details

• Email Address: Linked to the transaction.

• Explicit Request: State clearly: "Cancel Order" or "Modify Sizing Parameters".
